Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the website, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping Policy

Products are shipped from Saint Petersburg, FL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Deborah Diana Daugherty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Return/Refund Policy for Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of honey and other food products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product received is demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

4. Beekeeping Services

Scope of Service

We offer urban beekeeping consultation, hive management, and related educational services within the Saint Petersburg, FL area. The specific scope of services for each client will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our beekeeping services agree to provide necessary access, ensure a safe environment for our beekeepers, and adhere to any specific guidelines outlined in their service agreement. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

Liability

While we take every precaution, beekeeping involves inherent risks. Deborah Diana Daugherty is not liable for any allergic reactions, stings, or property damage resulting from the presence of bees or beekeeping activities, provided we act within standard professional practices and any agreed-upon safety protocols.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms for beekeeping services will be explicitly stated in the service agreement. Generally, cancellations made within a certain timeframe may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposits to cover preparatory costs.
